Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: December 1, 2025

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions for the StrategiesRx Savings Hub Membership (“Membership”) renew, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. It is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Use.

1. Auto-Renewal

Memberships renew automatically each billing period (monthly) until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file for the applicable plan, taxes, and any approved add-ons.

If your payment method fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment and/or suspend access until payment is resolved.

2. How to Cancel (any time, no penalty)

You may cancel at any time prior to your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period.

Option A — Online (recommended)

  1. Sign in at https://strategiesrx.com
  2. Go to Account → Billing → Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Membership and follow the prompts.

Option B — Email (backup)

Email info@strategies4rxsavings.com from your billing/admin email and include:

  • Organization name
  • Billing email
  • Location(s) to cancel (if multiple)
  • Requested effective date (end of current billing period)

3. Multi-Location Accounts

Each pharmacy or site location requires its own Membership.

You may cancel one location while keeping others active. Cancellations must specify the exact location(s) to avoid unintended disruption.

4. Refunds

Membership fees are prepaid and non-refundable, including for:

  • partial billing periods,
  • early cancellation,
  • unused time,
  • decreased usage or employee turnover, or
  • accidental enrollment without timely cancellation.

Refunds are issued only where legally required or in the following limited cases:

  • duplicate charges or billing errors (reported within 30 days), or
  • clearly documented unauthorized transactions.

Approved refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Suspension or Termination by StrategiesRx

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

  • payments are past due,
  • the account is used in violation of the Terms of Use,
  • Savings Hub branding is misused,
  • Brand Assets are used in non-compliant or misleading ways, or
  • continued access poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.

6. After Cancellation

When your Membership ends:

  • platform access and Savings Hub privileges stop at the end of the billing period,
  • use of StrategiesRx Brand Assets must stop immediately,
  • any “Savings Hub” signage, marketing materials, or digital assets must be removed,
  • we may retain account and billing records required for compliance, auditing, and lawful business purposes,
  • de-identified or aggregated data may be retained as permitted by law.

No patient-level data (should you ever have submitted any by mistake) is retained except as required for legal compliance or as governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (if one exists).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and/or sent by email. Your continued use of the Membership after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance.
